Updated Perio Case Types

You can now create templates and record notes using the new American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) classifications.

Flag a Claim to Remain Open

You can now flag a partially paid claim to remain open and outstanding, so you can continue to track the outstanding balance as a pending claim.

You can now set an option to view partially paid claims in the Insurance Aging Report. Partially paid claims are denoted with an asterisk.

You can now set an option to include billing statements for patients who have partially paid claims.

Add CDA Codes to Ledger Printouts

You can now include the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) codes and Provider IDs on Family and Patient Ledger reports.

Allowed Amounts

An Allowed Amounts column was added to the Payment Table. As with Payment Table entries, you can add, edit, and/or copy Allowed Amounts in the Family File or the Office Manager.
