Family File
The redesigned Family File is available for all Beta offices to view and try out.
Claims Manager
The redesigned Claims Manager is available to Beta offices to view and try out.
Insurance Claim and Preauthorization Windows
The Dental Insurance Claim and Preauthorization windows have been redesigned and are available to Beta offices to view.
Bug Fixes
- Statuses were intermittently incorrect in the Status columns of the redesigned Claims Manager and Claim Status Notes.
- The EOBs of electronic claims did not report the correct relationship of the insurance subscriber to the insured family member.
- When you edited late or finance charges, totals were incorrect.
- At random, the Appointment Book stopped responding on all workstations running Dentrix.
- Errors were not being entered into the error log.
